CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

The Katrina Foundation for Recovery’s objective to raise financial support in relief effort through the “Blue Bands” can only be accomplished through the efforts of many. Therefore in good faith we would be happy to accommodate you individually or as a church, school, or organization that wishes to participate in our effort by making the bands available to you in larger quantities. Please make your request by filling out our Consignment Agreement and we will contact you by telephone.

		"Band Together for Katrina" is a relief campaign created to unite people across the nation in order to provide for individuals affected by Hurricane Katrina. Your $5.00 donation will go directly for relief, restoration and rebuilding of the communities on the Gulf Coast. Wear the "Blue Band" (available in Adult or Youth sizes) as a tangible statement of your support and a reminder to pray for the individuals affected by Hurricane Katrina.
